James Abraham Raimondi
James Abraham Raimondi, 63, of Ford City died Friday at his home.
He was born July 10, 1953, in Butler to the late Michael and Marian Johns Raimondi and lived in the community for more than 50 years.
Jim was the owner of the Downtown Bar & Grille in Kittanning and was a member of St. Mary, Our Lady of Guadalupe Roman Catholic Parish. He enjoyed his family, traveling, the weather, gambling, food and sports.
Survivors include his wife, Diane Edwards Raimondi of Ford City; his son, Michael Raimondi of Kittanning; his daughter, Alisha Raimondi McCaffrey and her husband, David, of Stamford, Conn.; his granddaughter, Cecily Raimondi of Kittanning; his grandsons, Logan Raimondi of Kittanning and Kellan McCaffrey of Stamford, Conn.; his sister, Cynthia Raimondi Burns of Redding, Conn.; and his nephew, Dillon Burns of Norwalk, Conn.
He was preceded in death by his parents; maternal grandparents, Abraham Johns and Sadie (Joseph) Johns; and his paternal grandparents, Genevieve (Gardina) Raimondi and James Raimondi.
RAIMONDI — A memorial service for James Abraham Raimondi, who died Friday, June 30, 2017, will be at 6 p.m. Monday, July 10, Jim’s birthday, at the Kennedy & Blodgett Funeral Home, 253 N. Grant Ave., Kittanning, with the Rev. Allan Grote officiating.
