Barbara A. Eyles

Barbara A. Eyles, 82, of Harmony passed away Saturday at the Grove at Harmony in Jackson Township.

Born April 4, 1935, in Wichita, Kan., she was the daughter of the late William August Reinhart and Bertha Christine Beltz Reinhart.

Barbara was a member of the English Lutheran Church in Zelienople, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and a member of the Wampum Ladies Auxiliary.

She enjoyed crafts, gardening flowers, shrimping, hunting, spending time with her family and traveling across the United States in the family motorhome. Barbara will be remembered for the sweetness of her character that which everyone adored her for.

She is survived by four children, Bonnie (Doug) Flint-Ritzert of Evans City, Audry Flint-Oliastro of Harmony, Daniel (Cheryl) Flint of Renfrew and Darrel (Sheila) Flint of St. Petersburg, Fla.; her stepdaughter, Judy Minetti; her stepson, Edwin Eyles; her step-daughter-in-law, Marie Eyles; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; her siblings, Janet Tompkins of Green Forest, Alaska, Donald “Bruce” (Karen) Reinhart of Perryopolis, Pa., Richard (Marina) Reinhart of Evans City and Patricia (David) Fair of Slippery Rock; her brother-in-law, Richard Kimmel; her sister-in-law, Patricia “Jean” (Ray) Kohler; her aunt, Ethel Burgard; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey W. Eyles; her stepson, Rick Eyles; her brother William Reinhart; her sister, Wanda Kimmel; her grandson, Jason Ritzert; and her great-grandson, Austin Dean Flint.

EYLES — Friends of Barbara A. Eyles, who died Saturday, June 24, 2017, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the English Lutheran Church, 200 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, with the Rev. Margarethe Galbraith-Cordes officiating. Friends are asked to please meet at the church. She will be laid to rest at the Zelienople Community Mausoleum.If desired, memorial contributions may be made in Barbara's honor to the English Lutheran Church or to a charity of the donor's choice.Expressions of sympathy may be shared with Barbara's family at www.boylanfuneralservices.com.
