Janet M. Codispot

Janet M. Codispot, 78, of Lyndora passed away Tuesday at VNA Inpatient Hospice.

Born March 30, 1939, in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Fedinski Straynick.

She was employed for 18 years as a teachers' aide with Midwestern Intermediate Unit IV.

Janet was a member of Saint Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church. She also belonged to the Ladies Auxiliary of American Legion Post 778, Butler.

She is survived by three sons, Gary J. (Debbie) Codispot of Saxonburg, Brian T. Codispot of Saxonburg and Randall L. Codispot of Lyndora; one daughter, Diana McCandless of Prospect; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one niece; and several nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph T. Codispot; two brothers; and one sister.

CODISPOT — There will be no visitation for Janet M. Codispot, who died Tuesday, June 13, 2017.
