Ann M. Testi Pesci

Ann M. Testi Pesci, 89, of Butler passed away Saturday at the VNA Inpatient Hospice in Butler surrounded by her loved ones.

Born Aug. 3, 1927, in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Cesello and Paradisa Petri Testi.

She previously worked at JC Penney for many years. She was a member of St. Michael Roman Catholic Church in Butler, the Ladies Guild of St. Michael and was a volunteer at St. Michael School cafeteria.

Annie loved to dance. She loved flowers, shopping, outdoor activities and her dachshunds.

Surviving are her son, Richard and his wife, Gwen Pesci of Butler; a daughter Joanna and her husband James Monteleone of Cranberry Township; four grandchildren: David J. Monteleone and his daughter, Jordan of Cranberry Township, Megan Pesci Brown and her husband, Shaun Brown and their daughter, Brooke, of Slippery Rock., Chad R. Pesci and his wife Janell of Raleigh, N.C., and Michael Monteleone of Cranberry Township.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard J. “Dick” Pesci who passed away Feb. 28, 2004. They were married April 14, 1948. She was also preceded by a sister and a brother.

The family extends a sincere thank you to all of our dear friends for their love and support and also the outstanding care Annie received from all the employees of the VNA Inpatient Hospice in Butler.

PESCI — There will be no public visitation for Ann M. Testi Pesci, who died Saturday, June 10, 2017.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Tuesday St. Michael Roman Catholic Church, 432 Center Ave., Butler, with the Rev. Harry Bielewicz officiating.Interment will be at St. Michael Cemetery.Arrangements are being completed by Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.Memorial donations may be made in her honor to the VNA Inpatient Hospice, 115 Technology Drive, Butler, PA, 16001.
