Scott Eric Armstrong, 54, of Butler passed away May 31.

He was born May 14, 1963, in Pittsburgh the son of the late Nelson Armstrong Jr. and Vivian (Maxwell) Armstrong.

Scott is survived by his son, Jesse Armstrong of Ford Cliff, Pa.; mother, Vivian Armstrong of Plano, Texas; two sisters, Kim Maurer of Plano, Texas, and Holly Armstrong of Fair Oaks, Calif.; nephew, Steven Maurer of Plano, Texas; and great-niece, Kimberly Maurer of Plano, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Tammi Sherman, and his father.
