David Harry Wick

David Harry Wick, 74, of West Sunbury passed away unexpectedly Monday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

David was born May 29, 1942, in Clay Township. He was the son of the late Elmer H. Wick and the late Cora A. Lindey Wick.

David proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, having been stationed in Turkey. He had been employed by Bacharach.

David is survived by his wife, Barbara L. Whitmire Wick, whom he married Sept. 19, 1964; his daughter, Brenda Kay Wick Stouffer, and her husband, Eric, of Camp Hill; and two sons, Martin Ray Wick and Steven Jay Wick, both of West Sunbury. Also surviving are his sister, Myrtle Marie Black, and her husband, Rodger, of Cody, Wyo.; five brothers, Donald Leroy Wick, and his wife, Pauline, of West Sunbury, Philip Harvey Wick of West Sunbury, Roger Martin Wick and his wife, Nancy, of West Sunbury, Eric William Wick and his wife, Kim, of Karns City, and Nathan James Wick and his wife, Alison, of Lyndora; and several nieces and nephews.

WICK — The family of David Harry Wick who died Monday, May 22, 2017, will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at WILLIAM F. YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 132 Main St., West Sunbury.Visitation will also be held from 10 to 11 a.m., Friday, at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 120 Sunset Drive, Butler. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, with the Rev.
