The write-ins from the May 16 primaries put several candidates’ names on the ballot for the November general elections.

Adams Twp — Donald Aiken received 21 write-in votes on the Democratic ticket of Adams Township’s six-year supervisor race.

He’ll be part of a three-person field with Ronald Shamela, who got 20 write-in votes as a Democrat, and Edward Vogel, who advanced with 299 votes as a Republican.

Shamela also was on the Republican ballot and advanced with 360 votes. There are two seats open.

Center Twp — Don Pringle is in the mix with Phil Wulff and Ed Latuska for the township’s six-year supervisors race. Pringle and Wulff received 39 votes each on the Democratic ticket.

Wulff and Latuska were on the Republican ballot, and got 341 votes and 293 votes, respectively. There are two six-year seats and one two-year seat open.
