Desmond Ray Best
Desmond Ray Best, 35, of Butler passed away Monday at his home.
He was born June 11, 1981, in Clarion, the son of David Charles Watterson and Bridget (Kelly) Morrow.
Desmond was a self-employed roofing contractor and had worked at Sam's Home Services and Summerville Roofing. He enjoyed bowling, watching Pittsburgh sports and spending time with his children.
Surviving are his father, David C. Watterson of Butler; his mother and stepfather, Bridget and Vern Morrow of Butler; his stepfather, Sgt. Gary Best; two daughters, Sarah Best and Riley Alanazi; his son, Haydn Best; two brothers, Tony Best of Butler and Randy Watterson of Butler; stepbrother, Bob Morrow of Butler; and his paternal grandmother, Margaret Watterson of Butler.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Louis Watterson; and his sister, Blaine Smith.
BEST — Friends of Desmond Ray Best, who died Monday, April 24, 2017, will be received from noon until the time of service at 1 p.m. Tuesday at North St. Christian Church, 226 W.
