Edna R. “Becky” Edinger Boorech
Edna R. “Becky” Edinger Boorech, 70, of Clarview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Sligo, formerly of Parker, passed away Friday evening at the Center where she had lived for a number of years.
Born Nov. 28, 1946, in Butler, she was daughter of the late Warren M. and Doris Petty Edinger.
She attended A.C.V. School at the former Emlenton building, and she was Protestant.
Becky served as leader of Brownie Troop 323 and was a member of the National Senior Service Corps since 2006.
She was a longtime active member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Parker Volunteer Fire Department and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary 402 of East Brady.
Surviving are one daughter, Lisa Bartley, and her husband, Bill; and one granddaughter, Sadye Bartley, all of Parker.
BOORECH — Friends of Edna R. “Becky” Edinger Boorech, who died Friday, April 21, 2017, may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the H. Jack Buzard Funeral Home, 201 S. Wayne Ave., Parker, where services will be conducted at 7:15 p.m. She will be laid to rest later at the Parker Presbyterian Cemetery.
