ZELIENOPLE — The community park received a welcome surprise Tuesday morning.

The park association got a $2,000 donation from a charitable partnership between Peoples Natural Gas and Goodfello's Pizza Pasta & Grille.

Peoples is leading the “Eat, Drink, Help” program, in which the gas company partners with a local business that then chooses a charitable endeavor for the donation.
