Sexual assault defendant sentenced to probation
A Bruin man charged with groping a 19-year-old woman and a 14-year-old girl and making a sexually explicit comment to another 14-year-old girl was sentenced to probation in Butler County Court on Thursday.
Bradley S. Burroway, 31, was sentenced by county Judge William Shaffer to 48 months probation, a $150 fine, attend any counseling as directed by probation and court costs after entering guilty pleas to misdemeanor corruption of minors and simple assault on April 5.
Burroway was initially charged with felony corruption of minors, unlawful contact with a minor, two counts each of misdemeanor indecent assault and summary harassment and one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct, after an incident in Bruin on April 16, 2016.
