United Way of Butler County approves $230K in grants

Camp Apple (Children's Services) will benefit from receiving $18,800 in grant funding from the United Way of Butler County.

A dozen programs run by 11 agencies have received a split of $230,000 from the United Way of Butler County. Those programs work to help move families and individuals toward self-sufficiency, and align with United Way of Butler County's goal of reducing the number of families and individuals living below the self-sufficiency standard by 30 percent by the year 2030 – the “30 by 30” goal.

Transitional Housing - $23,500

Volunteer Income Tax Assistance - $23,500

Camp Apple (Children's Services) - $18,800

Primary Healthcare for the Uninsured - $18,800
