Michael Albert Bastian
Michael Albert Bastian, 62, of Renfrew passed away unexpectedly March 18.
Born Oct. 18, 1954, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Randolph C. Bastian and Margaret C. Skornickel Bastian.
Underneath his strong demeanor, Mike was a loving and caring man who always helped others in need. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Mike will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory two children, Christopher B. Bastian of Renfrew and Amy Muisiner of Hilliards; his six grandchildren, Michael, Shawnna, Madisyn, Kiera, Alexis and Aleah; his companion of 18 years, Kathy Purvis of Renfrew; four stepchildren, Nichole, Jake, Tim and Ashley; seven stepgrandchildren; his sister, Rose (Bob) McDonough of Ellwood City; his special cousin, Gloria Kleinhample; the mother of his children, LuAnn Edwards (Raymond) Housekeeper of Bruin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Mike was preceded in death by his son, Michael Shane Bastian; and his brother, Randy Bastian.
BASTIAN — Relatives and friends of Michael Albert Bastian, who died Saturday, March 18, 2017, are invited to a gathering in remembrance of Mike's life from 2 to 5 p.m. April 2 at the Evans City V.F.W., 408 N. Washington St., Evans City.Cremation arrangements were entrusted to the Boylan Funeral Home, 116 E.
