Rebecca Lynn Maynard, 59, of Cranberry Township passed away Tuesday.

She was born Dec. 8, 1957, in Johnstown, the daughter of late Richard B. and Mary Jane Long Edwards.

Rebecca graduated from Westminster Hilltop High School in 1976 and received her associates degree from Erie Business Center in 1978. This year marked her 20-year anniversary at Erie Insurance as a claims adjuster.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her sister, Kathi Ann Knipple. She is survived by her loving fiancé, Steven “Craig” Brown; her son and daughter-in-law, Jason Maynard and Alexis Dunkle; her daughter, Danielle Davis; her daughter and son-in-law, Samantha and Sean Raub; and her stepsons, Jeremy and Dan Brown.

She will be dearly missed by her grandchildren, Dominic, Landon, Payton, Merik and Isaac; her brother, Barry Edwards; her sister, Jane Edwards Gibson; her nieces, Staci Duppstadt and Julia Gibson; and her nephew, Evan Gibson.

Rebecca will be remembered for her generous heart and love of nature. She took great pride in the beautiful gardens she cultivated.

MAYNARD — There will be no public visitation or services for Rebecca Lynn Maynard, who died Tuesday, March 21, 2017.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Boylan-Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Butler County Humane Society, 1015 Evans City Road, Renfrew, PA 16053.Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family at www.boylanfuneralservices.com.
