Robert “Bob” L. Hartle Jr.

Robert “Bob” L. Hartle Jr., 62, of West Henrietta, N.Y., passed away unexpectedly March 12 while on vacation in his hometown of Rimersburg.

Born Oct. 17, 1954, in Butler, he was the son of Robert “Levi” Hartle Sr. and Dorethea Kilgore Hartle.

He married Kathleen Fulkerson Hartle on Dec. 13, 1992.

Bob was a retired truck driver for New Penn. In his spare time, he enjoyed trout fishing, riding his Harley, golfing, volunteering and traveling.

He is survived by his mother, Dorethea Hartle of East Brady; his wife, Kathleen Hartle of New York; his sister, Mim Terwint, and her companion, Tom Muscatello, of Chicora; four daughters, Melissa Reinsel of Rimersburg, Kristy Hedrick and her husband, Pat, of East Brady, Keisha Truax and her husband, Robert, of Maryland and Jessalee Hartle of New York; seven grandchildren, Kiersten Pennington, Taylor and Easton Reinsel, Hayden Hedrick, and Kaleb, Karson and Madilyn Truax; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Bob will be deeply missed by his Teamster Local 118 buddies, friends, father-in- law, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law and everyone who came in contact with his talkative, energetic spirit.

The family would like to send a special thank you to his nephew, Brandon, for the loving care he gave his uncle on his last day.

Bob was preceded in death by his father, Robert “Levi” Hartle Sr.
