Richard A. Blystone

Richard A. Blystone, 68, of Middlesex Township, Valencia, died unexpectedly Monday morning at his home.

Born in Pittsburgh July 16, 1948, he was the son of the late Homer and Frances George Blystone.

Richard had most recently worked for Mars Beer Distributors. Previously he had worked for North Pittsburgh Telephone Company.

He was an active member of Mars Rod and Gun Club.

Surviving are a sister, Harriett Hague (Lou) of Portersville; a brother, Homer Blystone (Beverly) of Bolivar, Ohio; and two sisters-in-law, Colleen and Martha Blystone; and many nieces and nephews.

He is also survived by special friends Amy and Martella.

He was preceded in death by five sisters, Helen Stewart, Dorothy Reichhold, Anna Hanna, June Fitton and Virginia Patton; and three brothers, James, Raymond and Robert Blystone.

BLYSTONE — Friends of Richard A. Blystone, who died Monday March 13, 2017, are invited to a memorial service at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 22 at Mars Rod and Gun Club, 141 Cashdollar Road, Mars.A reception will follow from 2 to 4 p.m.Burial will be in St. Paul's Lutheran Church Cemetery, North Park. Arrangements are under the direction of McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home of Mars and condolences are available at www.mcdonald-aeberli.com.
