Hazardous highway
Construction crews work on a section of Interstate 20 West that buckled in Decatur, Ga., on Monday. The major highway through Atlanta remains partially closed today after part of the fast lane suddenly rose up and broke into several pieces.The buckling was caused by a utility crew using machinery to bore a new natural gas pipeline underneath the highway, authorities said. A motorcyclist was injured.
