James H. Weiss

James H. Weiss, 42, of Kittanning passed away Tuesday afternoon at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Born Oct. 28, 1974, in Kalamazoo, Mich., he was the son of Kenneth and Ramona Lampert Weiss.

James was a graduate of Portage Northern High School in Kalamazoo.

He loved his job and his work family at Hotline Glass USA in Butler, where he was a supervisor.

Among his interests, James enjoyed golfing, hiking, fishing and camping. He loved his family and his dog, Annabel, his faithful companion

He is survived by one sister, Katherine E. (Glen) Schweikert of Louisville, Ky.; one sister-in-law, Heather Jonas of Michigan; two nieces, Brooklyn Schweikert of Kentucky and Ciera Weiss of Michigan; and one nephew, Tristan Weiss of Michigan.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Steven Weiss.

WEISS — In keeping with the wishes of James H. Weiss, who died Tuesday, March 7, 2017, there will be no calling hours or service.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.
