Faith Marie Benedict, infant daughter Jessica Montgomery and David Benedict, passed away Sunday at the Butler Memorial Hospital.

In addition to her parents of Lyndora, Faith also is survived by her maternal grandmother, Irene (Shawn) Harrity of Ambridge; her uncle, Joshua Verner of Ambridge; maternal great-grandmother, Irene Verner of Westmoreland County; and numerous aunts and uncles.
