Merrie Grace Iman
Merrie Grace Iman, 80, of Callery passed away Wednesday at the Grove at Harmony.
Born June 25, 1936, in Callery, she was the daughter of the late William and Leona P. Davison Marburger.
Merrie was a member of the Crestview Community Church in Callery, where she was part of the Women's Association. She also participated in the Helping Hands group at the church, working alongside the Callery Volunteer Fire Department. Merrie worked as a tax collector for Callery Borough for several years.
She bred and raised miniature schnauzers, but her true passion was baking and decorating cakes. She will be dearly missed.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her brother, Gary (Emma) Marburger of Tennessee; her sisters, Betty (Robert) Roccia of Cranberry Township and Barbara Barnett of Callery; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Merrie was preceded in death by her husband, William Iman, who died May 26, 1997; and her son, Mark Alan Iman, who died in 1965.
IMAN — All services for Merrie Grace Iman, who died Wednesday, March 1, 2017, were conducted privately by the family.
