Maple Madness
Yaqoot Zalloum gets a lift to see the maple sugar evaporator at work at the Maple Madness event at Succop Nature Park on Saturday. The event began with a pancake and sausage breakfast served with locally made maple syrup followed by an educational tour through the park. Visitors learned which trees are used for tapping and how maple syrup is made.
