A Butler School District secondary student from the Connoquenessing area was confronted by two men at his bus stop this morning.

According to Brian Slamecka, Butler’s assistant superintendent, the student was waiting with other children at the stop when the two men approached on motorized bikes and began asking the student personal questions. Slamecka said the student contacted his parents.

The school district issued a notice through its emergency notification system.

“The student is fine,” Slamecka said.

Slamecka said state police were contacted and are trying to locate the two men.
