William Semanco, 91, passed away Jan. 28.

Bill was born in Lyndora and worked in the family bakery.

Bill proudly served in the U.S. Army Air Force as a ball turret gunner on a B-24 Liberator.

Bill graduated from Bowling Green State University in Ohio and retired from Westinghouse.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary Semanco; his brothers, Mike and John Jr.; and his sister Anne Wolensky.

Bill is survived by his wife of 65 years, Kit; his daughters, Gail (Phil) Danford and Kathy (Dennis) DuCharme; and his sister, Mary Gornik.

SEMANCO — There will be no calling hours for William Semanco, who died Saturday, Jan. 28, 2017.Cremation has taken place and interment will be at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
