Margaret “Margie” A. Seebacher

Margaret “Margie” A. Seebacher, 84, of Valencia died Thursday morning at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Butler.

Born June 13, 1932, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Margaret Hamilton Lache.

Margie was the owner of Saul J. Rubin Barrel and Drum Company in Valencia.

Surviving are three daughters, Sally (James) Holmes of Middlesex Township, Tammy (David) Braun of Hughesville, Pa., and Peggy (Dean) Evans; one son, William C. (Esther) Seebacher of Slippery Rock; four grandchildren, William C. (Karie) Seebacher Jr., Diane (Jared) Bundy, and Kelly and Casey Braun; her great-grandchildren, Zachary, Brooklyn and Alivia Bundy; and her faithful canine companion, Lassie.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Seebacher, who she married June 9, 1951, and who died Oct. 23, 2008.

SEEBACHER — Friends of Margaret “Margie” A. Seebacher, who died Thursday, Feb. 2, 2017, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday at McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars.Services will follow at 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
