Jane H. Phibbs, 91, of Karns City passed away Wednesday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Jane was born July 18, 1925, in Pittsburgh. She was the daughter of the late Henry Howard Phibbs and the late Jane S. Irwin Phibbs. Jane was a member of the Concord Presbyterian Church.

Jane is survived by her special cousin, Rebecca Murphy Brown, and her husband, Timothy, of Ellwood City; and numerous other cousins.

Jane was preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Phibbs.

PHIBBS — Friends of Jane H. Phibbs, who died Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2017, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the William F. Young Funeral Home, 132 Main St., West Sunbury.Funeral services will follow at 4 p.m. with the Rev. Robert Edmundson, her pastor, officiating.
