Cameron J. Ashton
Cameron J. Ashton, 16, of Penn Township passed away Wednesday as the result of an automobile accident.
Born May 10, 2000, in Butler, he was the son of Charles Ashton and Judith Corapi Ashton.
Cameron was a junior at Knoch High School, where he played football as a lineman, and he had been on the wrestling team. He had belonged to Troop 53 of the Boy Scouts of America in Penn Township and was currently enrolled at Butler County Vo-Tech in the computer science program. He enjoyed gaming on his computer and was aspiring to become a game programmer.
Surviving are his parents, Charles Ashton and Judith Corapi Ashton; his brother, Dalton A. Ashton; his sister, Mercedes L. Ashton; his aunt, Rachel Ashton of Homestead, Fla.; his uncle, Charles Ashton III of Wisconsin; and his biological mother, Melissa Ashton.
ASHTON — Friends of Cameron J. Ashton, who died Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2017, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Fox Funeral Home, Saxonburg.Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev.
