Dorothy K. Imhof

Dorothy K. Imhof, 59, of Butler passed away Monday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Oct. 18, 1957, in Rome, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Robert P. and Sally Ann McConnell Lawhead.

Dot was a homemaker and embodied that in every way, for she thoroughly loved caring for her home, her husband and her family. In the process of making a home, she enjoyed crocheting and also loved to read. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Tim, whom she married March 26, 1982; her daughters, Lacey Goughler of West Sunbury and Audrey Imhof of Mars; one son, Charles Imhof of West Sunbury; four grandchildren, Brenden Goughler, Alexis Goughler, Caylee Calhoon and Maggie Imhof; her sisters, Robin L. Thompson and Kris L. Green, both of Butler, and Kim S. Piersol and Ginny L. Melik, both of Ellwood City; and her brother, Bob P. Lawhead of West Sunbury; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Billie A. Kerr; and her two brothers, Butch and John Lawhead.

IMHOF — Friends of Dorothy “Dot” K. Imhof, who died Monday, Jan. 30, 2017, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Boylan Funeral Home And Cremation Center of Connoquenessing Township, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew.Private funeral services will be Saturday. She will be laid to rest at the Butler County Memorial Park.In lieu of flowers, Dot's family requests that donations be made in her honor to the Butler Health System Foundation at www.butlerhealthsystem.org.Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family at www.boylanfuneralservices.com.
