Cecelia Rose Geibel Klepper, 93, of Dover, Pa., passed away Saturday at SpiriTrust Lutheran in York, Pa.

She was born Dec. 26, 1923, in Butler, the daughter of the late Daniel I. Geibel and the late Louise Wallace Barber.

Cecelia was proud to have worked at the Bantam Car Factory as a drill press operator during the war. She enjoyed being with her family, doing crafts and sewing.

Surviving are her two daughters, Patricia “Patty” Irene Ellis, of Dover, Pa., and Margaret “Peggy” Louise Wilbert; and her grandchildren, Tristan Barney and his wife, Marci, of Dover, Pa., Megan Wilbert of Butler, and Nicholas Ellis and his wife, Brittany, of Thomasville, Pa.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Klepper, who died May 22, 2001.
