A two-vehicle accident on East Jefferson Street this morning involving a school bus left the vehicle with front end damage, but did not involve any students.

The crash happened shortly after 9 a.m. this morning, as a Butler School District bus was returning to the Valley Lines station after dropping students off at the district’s middle school.

The company said the bus sustained front end damage in the crash, but the extent of the damage was not immediately clear.

Details of the crash were not available from police this morning.
