Betty Diane Learn

Betty Diane Learn, 63, of Cabot passed away Saturday at Allegheny General Hospital surrounded by loved ones.

Betty was an active member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Saxonburg. She belonged to the church sewing group and the quilt guild. She loved quilting and spending time with her grandchildren. When not around family and friends, she enjoyed gardening and spoiling her princess dog. She will be truly missed.

She is survived her loving husband, Chuck Learn. Also surviving are her brother, Russ Eddinger, and his wife, Debbie, and their son, Russ.

Betty also has two sons. Her oldest son is Steve King and his girlfriend, Paullyn Bell. Steve has three daughters, Miranda Best, Stephanie King and Jordan King. Her youngest son is Brad and his wife, Susan King, with their two daughters, Erin King and Natalie King.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Julia Eddinger, and her father, Floyd Eddinger.

LEARN — Friends of Betty Diane Learn, who died Saturday, Dec. 17, 2016, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Fox Funeral Home, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Saxonburg with the Rev. Roger G. Keller officiating. Interment will follow at the Bear Creek Cemetery in Petrolia.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Quilt Guild or to St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 310 W. Main Street Saxonburg.
