Ronald Eugene Mazzanti

Ronald Eugene Mazzanti, 81, of Fenelton passed away Sunday at Good Samaritan Hospice.

Born Sept. 6, 1935, in Butler, he was the son of the late Frank and Gertrude Myers Mazzanti.

He was a self-employed painting contractor.

Ronald was a member of Saint Wendelin Roman Catholic Church.

He also was a member of the Italian Fraternal Society and the Sons of Italy. He was an avid pool player and golfer.

Ronald is survived by three sons, Michael “Muzz” Mazzanti and his wife, Vicky, of West Sunbury, James Mazzanti and his wife, Diane, of Cabot, and William Mazzanti of Butler; one daughter, Rhonda McGregor, and her husband, Bruce, of Fenelton; one stepdaughter, Courtney Feener, and her husband, Michael, of Florida; and three brothers, Denny Mazzanti of Virginia, Dave Mazzanti and his wife, Barb, of South Carolina, and Rick Mazzanti and his wife, Linda, of Butler.

Also surviving are eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sherry Cross Mazzanti, who died Sept. 26, 2016.

MAZZANTI — Friends of Ronald Eugene Mazzanti, who died Sunday, Dec. 11, 2016, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Martin Funeral Home, 429 Center Ave., Butler.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Saint Wendelin Roman Catholic Church with the Rev.
