Edward “Eddie” R. Bookamer

Edward “Eddie” R. Bookamer, 59, of North Sewickley Township, passed away Monday at the VNA Hospice.

Mr. Bookamer was born Jan. 22, 1957, in Ellwood City, to the late Edward V. and Martha N. Rugh Bookamer. He is a member of the Riverside High School Class of 1975. Eddie had worked at Mayer China in Beaver Falls and most recently at Veka in Fombell for 23 years. He loved the Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers and fishing along the Connoquenessing Creek.

Eddie is survived by his wife, Cheryl Campbell Bookamer, whom he married June 30, 2006; his daughter, Annie (Ryan) Pander of Ellwood City; his stepdaughter, Brandy (Michael) Molloy of Fayetteville, Ariz.; his granddaughter, Claire Pander; his stepgrandson, Carson Molloy; his sister, Norma (David) Muntean of Ellwood City; his mother-in-law, Mrs. Robert Betty Campbell of East Brady; and several nieces and nephews.

He also is survived by his four-legged sons, Charlie and Cami, who traveled everywhere with Ed.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, George “Bud” Bookamer; and his nephew, David Muntean in 2012.

BOOKAMER — A memorial service for Edward “Eddie” R. Bookamer, who died Monday, Nov. 28, 2016, will be Dec. 27 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Connoquenessing with the Rev.
