Husband, wife accused in 2nd wife's slaying
VISALIA, Calif. — Authorities say a California man who was married to two women at the same time has been arrested on suspicion of murdering one of them, and his other wife also has been arrested.
The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office announced Tuesday it has arrested Francisco Valdivia, 37, and Rosalina Lopez, 39, both of the Visalia area.
Tulare County Sheriff Mike Boudreaux says Valdivia’s other wife, Cecilia Bravo, 30, went missing June 9 and was last seen at the Tachi Palace Casino. She is believed to be a victim of homicide. Her body has not been found.
Boudreaux says Valdivia married Bravo to gain himself legal residence.
