Gwendlyn Pearl Green, 25, of Butler passed away Thursday morning from injuries she received in a vehicle accident.

Born Jan. 27, 1991, in Butler, she was the daughter of Timothy Green and Kelly Klingensmith Kane.

Gwen belonged to The Church of the Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Butler.

She worked as a certified nurse aide at Sugar Creek Rest.

Gwen enjoyed the outdoors with her family. She loved horseback riding, four wheeling, camping, campfires and collecting frog figurines.

She is survived by her boyfriend, Alex Nagy; their two children, Lilly and Nathan Nagy; her stepfather and mother, James and Kelly Kane of Evans City; her father, Timothy Green of Montana; her siblings, Matthew (Dawn) Green of Butler, Charlie Kane of Evans City, Nicholas (Crystal) Kane of Sarver, Heather Kane of Sarver, and Thomas Kane of Evans City; her boyfriend’s mother, Ruthann Nagy of Butler; her grandparents, Raymond Klingensmith of Butler and Betty Kane of Evans City, and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by Paul Nagy, Jeffrey Pierce, Paul Kane and Paul Learn.

GREEN — Visitation for Gwendlyn Pearl Green, who passed away Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016, will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Edward L. Raisley Funeral Home, 387 Main St., Prospect.

Another visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Monday, and a funeral service will follow at noon at the funeral home.

Interment will be in Crown Hill Cemetery, Prospect.
