Janet Hamil Evans
Janet Hamil Evans, 69, of Grove City, formerly of West Sunbury, passed away Sunday.
She was born Oct. 30, 1946, in Hilliards, to the late Ralph Hamil and the late Josephine Hamil Stevens.
Janet graduated in 1964 from Moniteau High School. She worked for Social Security Administration in Boyers for 42 years. Janet enjoyed shopping and listening to Elvis Presley. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Janet is survived by one sister, Suzie Ferguson of Boyers, Pa.; and three nephews, Bruce Ferguson, Jason Hamil and A.J. Hamil.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Edward Hamil.
EVANS — Friends of Janet Hamil Evans, who died Sunday, Oct. 16, 2016, will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.Funeral services will immediately follow at 7 p.m. with the Rev.
