BUTLER TWP — A suspected heroin and crack cocaine dealer was arrested following a weekend drug bust at a Lyndora home, authorities said.

Brandon M. Johnson-Jetter, 35, of Homestead, Allegheny County, is charged with trafficking narcotics at the apartment in the 500 block of Hansen Avenue.

The Butler County Drug Task Force arrested Johnson-Jetter at the home where officers showed up Friday night with a search warrant obtained during an investigation.

The search turned up 69 stamp bags of suspected heroin and 16 baggies of suspected crack, according to court documents. Officers also found the defendant carrying $693 in currency.

While at the apartment, investigators spoke to the tenant, who admitted she had allowed Johnson-Jetter to use her home to sell drugs, documents said.

The alleged arrangement, which had been ongoing for three months, allowed the tenant the chance to earn money for rent by also dealing drugs that the defendant supplied.

Johnson-Jetter was arraigned Saturday on two felony counts each of delivery of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and an additional misdemeanor charge of drug possession.

He remains free on $50,000 bail.

County detective Tim Fennell, who supervises the drug task force, said unspecified drug charges are also pending against the apartment's tenant.
