DONEGAL TWP — State police have identified the woman killed in a Thursday morning crash on Chicora Road as Gwendylyn P. Green, 25, of Butler.

---- The crash, which happened at about 6:50 a.m. Thursday, occurred as Green was driving her Chevrolet Cobalt east on the road and crossed the center line while going around a curve near O’Donnell Road.

Police said her vehicle collided head-on with an International TADC tractor-trailer driven by Kenneth L. Fleeger, 54, of Bruin, which was traveling westbound on the road.

---- State police said Green suffered “fatal injuries upon impact.”

An investigation into what caused the crash continues.
