BUTLER TWP — A Concealed Carry Seminar hosted by state Rep. Brian Ellis, R-11th, will be presented at 6 p.m. Thursday at the American Legion Post 778, 150 Legion Memorial Lane

The seminar will provide information about Pennsylvania’s concealed carry laws and the Castle Doctrine, including a presentation and discussion led by Butler County Sheriff Mike Slupe and Butler County District Attorney Rich Goldinger.
