About 400 people, and a few pets, gathered at Butler County Community College Saturday morning for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s hosted by the Butler chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. The walk had raised $37,000 for the association by Friday and organizers hoped to raise a total of $39,000, according to Tauffaui Wilkes, the constituent events manager for the Greater Pennsylvania Chapter. This the fourth year for the event in Butler, Wilkes said.
