Elizabeth Arblaster
Elizabeth Helen Arblaster, 24, of Slippery Rock, went peacefully to Heaven Saturday.
Elizabeth was a loving, vibrant, creative and adventurous woman who touched the hearts of everyone she knew.
In the words of her older sisters — “We can say confidently that Lizz went to Heaven because she Believed. God does not judge us based on our actions, heaven is not contingent upon our good works; it is based solely on our hearts. And Lizz had the most beautiful heart we have ever seen. The thing about Lizz is that she was so full of life that it was almost too much for one lifetime. All she wanted to do was to love and be loved. Boy, did she do that. We are proud of the beautiful young woman that she became and we know that she will guide us and motivate us to make her proud in our futures. Our hearts are broken; we all lost a part of us in her passing. But we can't be selfish. Heaven needed her more than we did. So please, do not ask what happened. Just know that we have all gained an angel and we count ourselves BLESSED to have known her.”
Born Nov. 22, 1991, Elizabeth leaves behind to cherish her memory, her mother, Sherrie Stiefel, and her mother's fiancé, Don Marks, of Mars; her father, Skip Arblaster of Slippery Rock; two older sisters, Desiree Crawford of Slippery Rock and Casey Jones and her husband, Andrew Jones, of Greenville, Pa.; her grandparents, David and Donna Walker of Slippery Rock; three nieces, Anastacia, Marianna and Savannah Crawford of Slippery Rock; an uncle, David Walker Jr. of Punxsutawney, Pa.; an aunt, Suzanne Mears, and her husband, Philip Mears, of Meadville, Pa.; and two cousins, Sabine and Bryon Leach of Meadville, Pa.
