Stephen James Domville
Stephen James Domville, 57, of Prospect passed away Monday at Allegheny General Hospital.
Born Oct. 31, 1958, in Indiana, Pa., he was the son of the late Richard L. and Jean A. (Wheaton) Domville.
Stephen received his bachelor's and master's degrees in communications media at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his teaching certification from the University of Pittsburgh. While at IUP, he played soccer.
In his younger years, he was a scriptwriter for Lexington Bryce-Pittsburgh Productions and a teacher at Wexford Elementary at Pine Richland, where he also was an assistant girls soccer coach. More recently, he was a part-time instructor at SRU, teaching English as a second language for Japanese and Chinese students. For a majority of his life, he was a proud stay-at-home dad.
Stephen received his pilot's license and was a member of the Condor Club of Zelienople. He also was a member of the Moraine Sailing Club. He loved the ocean and enjoyed scuba diving. He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife, Danette DiMarco, who he married May 31, 1997; one son, Harold S. Domville; two brothers, Robert A. (Holly) Domville and Daniel A. Domville, both of Warren, Pa.; one sister, Elizabeth A. (Brent) Wolfe of Lancaster, Pa.; his nieces, Ashley, Kate, Sydney, Olivia, Lila and Sarah; and his nephew, Sean.
DOMVILLE — The family of Stephen James Domville, who died Monday, July 18, 2016, will welcome friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Boylan Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Connoquenessing Township, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew.A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev.
