Michael D. Hoffman

Michael D. Hoffman, 40, of Sewickley, formerly of Harmony, passed away suddenly of natural causes Wednesday in Charleston, W.Va. while on a job for his work.

Born in McCandless Township on May 10, 1976, he was the son of Gary Hoffman and Susan Hartzell Hoffman.

He was a Catholic.

Mike was employed by Tri-State Office Furniture.

He loved his family and was very devoted to them.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents and his paternal grandfather.

He is survived by his wife, Jaimee Charney Hoffman; his parents, Susan Hoffman and her companion, Tim Sutton, of Butler, and Gary (Jean) Hoffman of Pittsburgh; his paternal grandmother, Geraldine Hoffman of Pittsburgh; six children, Damon, Braiden, Kyler, Bodhi, McHayla and Kahlia; one sister, Kimberly Hoffman of Pittsburgh; three brothers, his twin, Christopher (Sue) Hoffman of Evans City, Joseph Hoffman of Harmony and Jason Hoffman of Pittsburgh and nieces and nephews.

HOFFMAN — Friends and relatives of Michael D. Hoffman, who died Wednesday, June 29, 2016 will be received from noon to 2 p.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the A. Carl Kinsey-Ronald N. Volz Funeral Home, 328 W. Main St., Evans City.Services will follow with a close friend, Rev.
