Art center hosting camps for kidsArt camps for children ages 5 to 12 have started at the Butler Art Center, 344 S. Main St.The second camp, about art and the environment (recycled materials, installation art, artwork from nature), will run from Monday through Thursday. Hours are 9 a.m. to noon. Author will visit Cranberry libraryCRANBERRY TWP — Local author Thomas Sweterlitsch will be at the Cranberry Public Library, 2525 Rochester Road, from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.Sweterlitsch will discuss his book, “Tomorrow and Tomorrow.” Books will not be available to purchase at the program. However, Sweterlitsch will sign copies of books participants have purchased from retailers.The event is free, but seating is limited. Registration is required. St. Fidelis slates rummage saleSt. Fidelis Parish will have a rummage sale from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 29 and 30 at the social hall, 125 Buttercup Road.Donations may be delivered from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 23 and 24 at the social hall. Items will not be accepted after those dates.
