Alice Mildred Barton
Alice Mildred Barton, 81, of Sarver passed away Tuesday.
Born July 23, 1934, in Saxonburg, she was the daughter of the late Blaine William Reith and Catherine Adalaide (Miller) Reith.
She was a homemaker and real estate agent. She was a member of the Buffalo United Presbyterian Church. Alice's life revolved around her family.
Surviving are her loving children, Kathy Buterbaugh of Sarver, Karen (Tom) Pappas of Renfrew and Roger (Laura) Barton of Cabot; eight grandchildren, Nicole (Justin) Stanley, Robert (Samantha) Buterbaugh, Steven (Audrianna) Buterbaugh, Joshua Barton, Ryan (Cassie) Barton, Hannah Barton, Tom (Trista) Pappas and Casey (Blake) Anderson; 11 great-grandchildren; her sisters, Annette Woolslayer of Saxonburg and Betty Garvin of Cabot; and her brother, Howard Reith of Sarver.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Lawrence Barton Jr., who she married Sept. 20, 1953, and who passed away Dec. 18, 2010.
BARTON — Friends of Alice Mildred Barton, who died Tuesday, May 17, 2016, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Fox Funeral Home, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.Services will be at noon Saturday at the Buffalo United Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Jean Smith officiating.
