Robert Alan Norris, 64, of Cranberry Township passed away April 22 in Florida.

Born Nov. 19, 1951, in New Castle, he was the son of the late Edgar L. and Yvonne (Poublon) Norris.

Bob attended Seneca Valley High School. He worked for PennDOT for 35 years until his retirement in 2006. Bob was a member of the Harmony 429 F & AM Masonic Lodge, and he was an avid traveler.

He loved to ride his Harley across the country. He also enjoyed playing Santa Claus for his daughter, granddaughter and many others over the years. Bob was fascinated by trains and attended car shows in his free time. He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved daughter, Shari (Scott) Shuffstall of Grove City; his granddaughter, Kirsten Norris; his brother, Donald (Charlene) Norris of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; and his sister, Martha “Jeanie” Peirson of Butler, Tenn.

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Parris, and his brother, David Norris.
