Edward Joseph Ansell of Titusville, Fla., passed away May 4 surrounded by his loving family and friends.

He was born April 16, 1948, in Pittsburgh and graduated from Knoch High School in 1966.  

He joined the U.S. Army in 1969 and proudly served his country in the Vietnam War. 

Edward moved to Central Florida, where he retired as a lieutenant of the Brevard County Sheriff's Department.
