Jane E. Rice
Jane E. Rice, 78, of Zelienople passed away Tuesday at Concordia of Cranberry and the Good Samaritan Hospice.
Born July 9, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Edna (Gross) Hartman.
Jane was a member of the Discovery Christian Church in Cranberry Township, where she made quilts for babies. She also was a member of the Quilting Guild and the Fombell Card Club. Jane will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband, Carl E. Rice of Zelienople; her three sons, Douglas (Donna Istik) Rice of Fombell, Michael (Christi Bicehouse) Rice of Evans City and Edward (Anna) Rice of Zelienople; seven grandchildren, Jennifer (Justin) Koegler, Natalee (Jarod) Colby, Jeremy Rice, Travis (Tara Harvan) Rice, Blake (Corey DeWick) Rice, Stephanie (Jason) Gonzles and William and (M.J.) McAnallen; and 14 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her sisters, Lois Ann Wolf-Lefever; and her twin sisters, who died at birth.
RICE — The family of Jane E. Rice, who died Tuesday, April 19, 2016, will welcome friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 219 E.
