Roy J. Hohman
Roy J. Hohman, 91, of North Hills passed away Tuesday at St. John Specialty Care Center in Mars.
Born Aug. 22, 1924, in McCandless Township, he was the son of the late Harry and Minnie (Wagner) Hohman.
Roy proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He was a master plumber. Roy was also a member of the Pennsylvania Pony Pulling Association, and he always owned horses. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his three children, Bruce Hohman and his wife, Nancy, of Cranberry Township, Maxine Moss and her husband, Bill, of Texas and Annette Funk and her husband, Dan, of Maryland; three sisters, Jane Schmidt, Wilma Gruver and Lucy Logan; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and five stepchildren.
In addition to his parents, Roy was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Betty (Moore) Hohman, who passed away in 1994; his three brothers, Earl Hohman, Ernest Hohman and Andrew Hohman; and two sisters, Helen Hohman and Betty Layden.
HOHMAN — The family of Roy J. Hohman, who died Tuesday, April 12, 2016, will welcome friends from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Boylan-Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township.A funeral ceremony will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev.
