Mary Francis Langa

Mary Francis Langa of Butler went home to her Lord on Saturday while living at the Chicora Medical Center, Chicora.

Mary was born Nov. 2, 1917, in Vandergrift, Pa., to the late Vendell and Mary Kudamik.

She married her loving husband, Joseph Langa, on Nov. 9, 1936, who passed away May 11, 2001.

Mary was a longtime member of St. Christopher at the Lake Roman Catholic Church, Prospect.

She is survived by her two sons, Theodore (Dorothy) Langa of Butler and Thomas (Donna) Langa of California; one daughter, Irene Delaney of Butler; one sister, Ann Farinelli of Portersville; 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren; one daughter-in-law, Julie Langa; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, David Langa, six brothers, and one sister.

LANGA — In accordance with the wishes of Mary Francis Langa, who died Saturday, April 2, 2016, there was no public viewing.A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Christopher at the Lake Roman Catholic Church with the Rev. Joseph Feltz, who officiated.Arrangements were handled by the Edward L.
