Carole J. Egerter

Carole J. Egerter, 70, of Butler Township passed away Wednesday in the comfort of her home.

Born Aug. 31, 1945, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Friel) Cosentino.

Carole was a Catholic and was a loving and giving woman who treasured her family dearly. In her free-time she enjoyed reading and listening to music. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister who will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, William C. “Charlie” Egerter, who she married May 13, 1967; two grandchildren, Kevin W. Egerter and Melissa Egerter; three brothers and their families, Bernard Cosentino of Monroeville, Joseph Cosentino of Lower Burrell and William Cosentino of Millvale; and two sisters and their families, Jo Ann Curtin of California and Ann Garcia of Pittsburgh.

In addition to her parents, Carole was preceded in death by her son, Kevin C. Egerter; and two brothers, James and Charles Cosentino.

EGERTER — Family and friends of Carole J. Egerter, who died Wednesday, March 30, 2016, will gather for a blessing service at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Boylan Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew.She will be laid to rest at the Calvary Cemetery in Butler.The family suggests that donations be made in Carole's honor to the charity of the donor's choice.Expressions of sympathy may be shared with Carole's family at www.boylanfuneralservices.com.
